We want people to enjoy coming to work and operate a casual dress code to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment. A large kitchen offers plenty of space to heat and make lunches, and an opportunity to socialise with colleagues from around the business. We provide hot drinks, and thanks to our varied tastes this includes both Tetley and Yorkshire tea, and even stretches to hot chocolate!
We value integrity and trust, and aim to offer every employee the autonomy and level of responsibility that will help them grow, providing the tools they need to do so.
We recognise that different people offer different skills and perspectives and place heavy emphasis on collaborative teams and methods of working. We’re passionate about recognising success, encouraging each other to be generous with praise, often celebrating company success with a takeaway pizza lunch, or a cake or two.
Our most senior staff still contribute directly to engineering solutions, and we aim to continually re-invest in internal research projects and new facilities. We value honest relationships with our customers, enabling us to offer candid and impartial advice to deliver innovative solutions, often beyond customers’ expectations.
As well as our annual Christmas party, we also host a family BBQ every summer. We’re a social bunch, and you’ll often find a few of us enjoying a pub lunch on a Thursday lunchtime.
Like many of our customers in the Automotive industry, one of our best perks is our early-finish Fridays. With flexible start times (7.30 – 9.30) and 45 minute lunch breaks, on Friday afternoons our office closes early.
We also offer a contributory pension scheme, holiday purchase scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, life assurance, and discount portal, alongside other ad hoc benefits.
