In the role of Office Facility Assistant, you’ll be working with the Facilities team to take care of the facilities and office space on a daily basis, supporting the wider team in delivering.
What you will need
You will have:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- US Person (required for entry to export controlled areas)
- Passion for cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Have time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly responsible & reliable.

Key Responsibilities
You will be:
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the office building daily.
- Cleans floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Empties trash and replaces liners throughout the office.
- Clean conference rooms.
- Cleaning the kitchen, including emptying and running dishwasher(s), cleaning refrigerators, spot cleaning walls, cabinets, floors, sweeping and mopping floor countertops and tables.
- Cleaning spills, broken glass, and other messes up as quickly as possible.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
- Working with cleaning chemicals and solvents
- Complying with all export control and safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks.
- Identifying and reporting all facilities issues to management.
